The
United Sloth Army Warriors Clan was founded on the 10th of June 2013
by Rataplan, Johnbull79 and PuppetToy.
At
the beginning of 2013 the only player of World of Tanks was Rataplan
who has been actively playing the game since June 2011.
On
one evening he invited two of his friends, OSCooper and Johnbull79,
to join and install the game just for fun.
They
had a few evenings of gaming together after which OSCooper left and
Johnbull79 kept playing inviting another friend: PuppetToy.
By
mid 2013 the trio was platooning almost every evening having good fun
and decent results.
Sharing
the desire having their own identity in the game they decided to
found a Clan on their own.
Looking
on the web for ideas they quickly agreed on the animal which better
suited them.
No
tiger, shark or crocodile but a very easy going (and lazy) sloth!
Then
they looked for the combination of letter which would have better
suited the acronym in the game and mixed with the sense of unity they
had and the results was USAW: United Sloth Army Warriors.
Being
an artist, the creation of the logo fell on PuppetToy who created the
beloved character which now decorates our tanks.
Meanwhile
Johnbull79 was spreading the word among his friends and quickly found
the 4th
member of the clan which shared the same passion for the game and the
values of the clan: Coperchini.
He
was quickly brought up to speed and with his analytic approach he
quickly identified his path in the tech trees becoming a valued
player to have on our side in the battlefield.
Now
the 4 friends had to split in two platoons of two tanker each
reducing the effectiveness of their games so new members were needed
as soon as possible.
Soon the 5th member of USAW was found and joined the rank: Homer_5.
Homer
has been a really motivated player and came back from his WOT exile not only to play but
to be also actively involved in recruiting and also the promoter of
the Stronghold creation.
With
a welcoming attitude to any tier game he is the last of the Officers
of the clan and one of the 5 pillars on which the clan rests.
We
now have new recruits showing their skills and their dedication to
the clan and hopefully many more will join.
So
if you are not yet in a clan and feel like you want to be part of us
remember what this clan is built on.... Being friendly, easy going,
and be willing to have fun with other clans mate.
And
when a series of bad games in a row strikes, don't forget is just a
game but you can still have laugh about it with your clans mates!
So
don't face hard times alone anymore and join us!
